no regrets

I like to think that I have overcome difficult challenges and fears... accomplished goals... blah blah blah... but leaving my parents behind as I went through security this morning was one of the toughest things I have ever done... and I had not even left the country yet.

... as Edward Norton would have described in Fight Club, "I am jack's intense feeling of doubt."

Somehow, the rest of my trip to Philidelphia was flawless and what I really find strange is that I feel as if my parents, family, and friends are right next door... literally. So, while I do miss them, it just feels like they are here.
